Four new futuristic kids cafes are opening in Sydney

Cuto Kids’ Cafe has opened five new locations in Sydney, making a major play for family-friendly hospitality as more parents look for new places that aren’t just cookie-cutter indoor play centres.

Building on the typical model of a play centre, Cuto Kids’ Cafes favour design-forward, innovative spaces that consider both parents and children with good quality coffee, food, engaging play areas and both birthday and entertainment spaces for kids birthdays.

The concept has been a hit since the first Cuto Kids’ Cafe opened in Marina Square, Wentworth Point in 2020, redefining what playtime looks like with chic spaces and activities designed for educational play, so it’s not just the food and drink nourishing the kids.

Mega slides, beautifully themed play zones, an on-site cafe and a bakery serving fresh pastries and fruit make up each of the cafes locations. While Marina Square has been the flagship to date, these new Cuto Kids’ Cafe locations in Western Sydney are building upon the bustling family-friendly empire.

Cuto Kids’ Cafe in Bankstown has already picked up awards for its design (photo supplied).

Cuto Kids’ Cafes have already opened in Bankstown and Tallawong this year, with Leppington and Castle Hill set to arrive by mid-2025.

There doesn’t seem to be much difference between location, keeping it all consistent with design geared towards stimulating the imagination and giving kids’ immersion, safe and adaptable environments to explore niche interests beyond just ball pits, slides and pretend kitchens.

As it stands, Cuto Kids’ Cafe has five locations around Sydney. Three that are already open, and two on the way. We’ve included all addresses below so you know exactly where to go next time you’re looking for the best school holidays activities.

Note that entry prices start from $5 for 90 minutes if play. An on-site cafe is available at each location with plenty of food and drink, from coffee and smoothies to pizza, burgers and fries on the Cuto Kids Cafe menu.
