This North Sydney bar is doing all-you-can-eat fajitas every Friday

Head to the other side of the Sydney Harbour Bridge every Friday for all-you-can-eat fajitas. You could even score some free tacos as well.

Popular Neutral Bay bar SoCal is set to make taco night much more affordable (and fun) as it introduces Fijita Fridays to its weekly offering.

The bar’s glitzy Southern Californian vibe has been luring locals and tourists with its excellent spread of Tex-Mex options and hefty drinks list since its opening in 2013. And a big part of this has always been its generous list of weekly specials.

Considering the cost of living crisis, SoCal has stepped up by boosting its ‘cheap eats’ program with a two-hour, $35 per person package that includes bottomless steak fajitas from 3pm every Friday.

Those pockets of cumin-marinated Wagyu with grilled peppers and onions with a DIY topping station will go down well with SoCal’s extensive list of margaritas and local beers. And you’ll have plenty of time to stuff yourself with those warm flour tortillas.

The bar is also running a free tacos promotion through August, offering a complimentary taco with the purchase of any full-price margarita during happy hour (listed below), Monday to Friday. Given these are some of the best tacos you can find on the Lower North Shore, we think that’s a fantastic reason to head out of the CBD and explore the breezy strip that runs through Neutral Bay.

Note that the free tacos offer is only running up until August 30.
