Sport and Events
NRL State of Origin, Game 1
The NRL State of Origin series is one of Australia’s greatest sporting rivalries, as the NSW Blues take on the QLD Maroons. While being part of the crowd is a bucket-list experience for any sports lover, tickets can be scarce. Luckily, pubs and clubs from Bondi to Penrith will fire up the big screens, so if you can’t make it to the stadium, standing shoulder-to-shoulder in a packed sports bar is an excellent second-best option.

Where: Accor Stadium, 15 Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127.
Price: Stadium tickets start from $39.75.
