The Rocks is getting a new French address just in time for Mother’s Day — Ananas opens its doors on 7 May, making your booking one of the very first. The $115pp four-course set menu leans into classic bistro elegance: line-caught fish crudo with confit lemon and capers, chicken terrine with green olives and tarragon, then mains like confit duck leg with apple or steak frites au poivre.
