Grape, Grain and Graze Festival
Head to this one-day-only festival at Sydney Showground’s Howie Pavilion to discover, celebrate and taste award-winning wines, beers, ciders, spirits and fine food. You’ll meet the makers behind Sydney Royal medal-winning products and sample and shop directly from the producers.

Australian Native Food Festival
Curated by proud Weilwan woman, North West NSW local and Indigiearth founder Sharon Winsor, the Australian Native Food Festival is returning to Carriageworks for a celebration of native ingredients and Indigenous food culture. Expect vibrant market stalls, live cooking demonstrations and special appearances from some familiar faces, all showcasing the rich knowledge, traditions and culinary excellence of First Nations Australia.

Japan StrEAT Party
A four-day celebration of Japanese food, drink, culture and entertainment will sweep through Carriageworks this September, perfect for everyone from sushi and anime lovers to those who are simply curious to explore a different side of Japan. Peruse the stalls, enjoy live performances and take part in traditional and contemporary cultural experiences, which will be staged throughout the precinct.

Spring In The Streets
Ok, so Spring In The Streets isn’t exclusively a food festival; however, they’ll be spotlighting delicious eats and drinks along Barangaroo Avenue for this open-air street party. Taking place every Thursday throughout September and October, the urban precinct will come alive with sunny lunchtime vibes, Sydney’s best DJs spinning across two stages and roving entertainment. Plus, spend $20 at The Streets of Barangaroo, and you’ll score a free scoop of Anita Gelato.

Strathfield Spring Festival
Attracting over 20,000 people from the Inner West and beyond, the Strathfield Spring Festival is a big deal for the suburb. The fun-filled day includes carnival rides, roving entertainment and sports activations, and visitors are encouraged to come hungry and enjoy delicious food, from Gozleme and Korean fried chicken to loaded baklava and gnocchi. The free event is also perfect for youngsters, who can enjoy the Bluey and Bingo meet and greet, as well as flower crown making an dother arts and crafts.

CronullaFest
South Sydney’s favourite spring community festival is back, returning to Cronulla for one night and two days. Taking over Cronulla Park and Cronulla Street, visitors can expect amusement rides, food trucks, market stalls, and family entertainment, kicking off on Friday, September 25 at 5pm.
The festival will feature over 50 food trucks and vendors, from local favourites and festival classics, with flavours from across the world.

Watsons Bay Spring Market
Celebrating its ninth year, the Watsons Bay Spring Market brings more than 120 stalls to the sunny harbourfront at Robertson Park. This year they’ve got a very strong food line-up, including Japanese hashimaki, paella, Malaysian char kway teow, Portuguese custard tarts, Neapolitan pizza and birria tacos, alongside a strong showing of independent Australian distillers.
