Laneway Festival has officially dropped its lineup for 2027, with the huge annual festival set to celebrate 22 years in style.
They’ve been teasing us for weeks with cryptic Instagram stories and mysteriously deleted LinkedIn posts (we’re still not sure whether that was intentional), but the wait is finally over. Laneway Festival has officially revealed the lineup for its return to Centennial Park in February next year.

The official lineup of Laneway Festival 2027
In classic Laneway Festival fashion, the 2027 lineup is all about merging genres, featuring alternative, hip hop, punk and indie acts across the bill.
We’re particularly excited to hear the gritty lyrics and hypnotic guitar riffs of Fontaines D.C., plus the soaring vocals and incredible dance moves of pink-haired pop princess Adela. This will be her first stint in Australia, and we can’t wait to hear her song “Nicole Kidman” live (maybe we’ll even get an appearance from the queen herself!)
Another exciting addition to the lineup is “The Hayley Williams Show”, aka the first solo performance in Australia from the powerhouse frontwoman of Paramore. A three-time Grammy-winning icon, ranked by Billboard as one of the 50 Greatest Rock Singers of All Time, this won’t be a show to miss.
There’s also sleaze-pop queen Kim Petras, who is fresh off releasing her new record, Detour, plus pop phenomenon Slayyyter, who recently performed an internet-breaking Coachella set and had 80,000 people partying to her performance at the Reading & Leeds main stage.

How to get tickets to Laneway Festival 2027
The Laneway Festival 2027 pre-sale will open on Wednesday, October 9, and will run in each city for 23 hours or until the allocation is exhausted.
In Sydney, the pre-sale opens at 10am. You can sign up for the pre-sale for exclusive access to first-release tickets here.
General sale will then open the following day, on Thursday, October 8, also at 10am.
Pre-sale tickets will be the cheapest, so sign up for the pre-sale to access the first release. Tickets start at $239.90, with prices increasing slightly at each release.
GA ticket prices including fees are as follows:
- First release: $239.90
- Second release: $254.90
- Third release: $264.90
- Fourth release: $274.90
- VIP 18+: $389.90
Customers can purchase up to six tickets per transaction.
Laneway’s first festival under Sydney’s new live music rules
Laneway 2027 will be the festival’s first edition since Sydney’s live music laws underwent a major shake-up, and there’s some good news for festival-goers.
A new approach to noise assessments means sound levels will be measured as an average over a period of time, rather than relying on individual peak readings. In other words, a brief spike in volume won’t automatically count as a breach if the overall average stays within the permitted level.
For a festival built around loud music and big crowds, it could mean a little more breathing room when it comes to keeping the music pumping.
