Paddington’s new luxury hotel will be the largest and priciest on Oxford Street
In 2021, it was announced that the long-vacant space on Oxford Street, formerly home to the West Olympia Theatre and later the Grand Pacific Blue Room, would be transformed into Australia’s first 25hours Hotel. True to its cinematic history, it will be named 25 Hours Olympia, an ode to the former theatre.
