  • The Crown Sydney Degustation at Epicurean dinner is a rare opportunity to try the likes of Nobu, a’Mare and Woodcut all on the one night.
  • Tickets are priced at $295 for the night, designed as a buffet-style experience with all the chef’s having their own stations.
  • There will be three sessions in late October with tickets on sale now.

Although its opening was marred with controversy and delays, Crown Sydney has successfully built up an insular dining precinct worth that Sydney can be proud of. Favourites like Woodcut, a’Mare, Golden Century and Nobu have all been widely celebrated by critics and customers alike, so you can just imagine what it’d be like to see them all come together for one big collaborative dinner.

That’s actually what’s happening for the Degustation at Epicurean dinner series set for October 23-25, offering favourites from Crown Sydney’s restaurants all in the one place, giving guests a rare opportunity to eat across the resort in one swoop.

Crowd-pleasers like Nobu’s miso cod and a’Mare’s trottole pesto are on the menu, alongside offerings from Woodcut, Icebergs Harbour Bar and Golden Centruy.

“Crown Sydney houses some of the country’s most acclaimed restaurants under one roof,” said Crown Sydney culinary director Sarah Briegel.

“The Crown Sydney Degustation at Epicurean is a celebration of the creativity and quality that defines our dining offering. This will be a unique culinary experience taking in some of the most renowned kitchens in Australia – not to be missed.”

Epicurean will function as both a sit-down dinner and a buffet-style experience. Surrounded by outsized views of the both the harbour and city skyline, Epicurean will be transformed into a mini food festival of sorts, with multiple chef’s stations set up so guests can move around and eat at their own leisure.

Woodcut’s Ross Lusted, a’Mare’s Alessandro Pavoni, Nobu’s Harold Hurtada, Golden Century’s Billy Wong, and Icebergs’ Alex Pritchard will all have their own spots over the course of three nights, offering up substantial plates from their respective kitchens.

Drinks will be available on the night, but your $295 ticket for the night comes inclusive of all food.
