Harbour View Long Lunch Cruise

Departing King St Wharf in Darling Harbour from Wednesday to Sunday, the Long Lunch Cruise combines a three-course meal with sightseeing aboard the Sydney 2000 super-cruiser. Heated decks and panoramic views make this the most relaxing way to dine and explore the worldโs most beautiful harbour, and there is live entertainment on Saturday and Sunday cruises, for an added bonus.

The menu showcases seasonal produce, so some dishes and ingredients may change due to availability, but this is a sample menu:

- Smoked salmon with lemon vinaigrette, capers, watercress, fennel and dill.
- Spinach and pumpkin salad with beetroot, crispy Serrano ham, Green feta, almonds and honey mustard dressing.
- Three mushroom ravioli with basil and parsley pesto, topped with shaved Grana Padano parmesan.
Mains
- Slow-cooked Australian beef cheek in a red wine jus, served with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh seasonal greens.
- Gremolata-Rubbed Barramundi with salsa verdi, creamy potato cake, fresh seasonal greens, honeyed carrots, and fried caper berries.
- Twice-Cooked Crispy Skin Chicken with creamy potato cake, roast pumpkin, baby spinach, and honeyed carrots.
- Middle-Eastern Eggplant slow-cooked and served with zucchini, roasted capsicum, polenta and marinated semi-dried tomatoes.
