He’s already sold-out six shows is Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, so it’s no surprise that chart-topping Grammy-nominee Teddy Swims has added a third show in several cities—Sydney being one of them.
The artist is bringing his I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy tour to Australia and New Zealand in October, playing in Christchurch, Auckland, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. By popular demand, he will play an extra show in Melbourne and Sydney, so fans who missed out on tickets during the first release have a second shot.
Extra Sydney show details
Teddy Swims is set to play at Qudos Bank Arena on Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15, but tickets quickly sold out for both shows. It has now been announced that he will play a third consecutive show at the arena on Thursday, October 16.
The shows are part of the world tour of his latest album, which was released in January and reached number 1 here in Australia. Teddy has already completed the European leg and will embark on a huge 50-date US tour from May through to September, finishing in Hawaii before flying to New Zealand and then Australia.
With such a packed schedule, there’s little room for movement, so these additional shows in Sydney and Melbourne will be the third and final dates in each city.
I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy
The fourth instalment (though named Part Two) of his I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy album series builds on his previous chart-toppers, which have cemented Swims as one of the biggest breakout stars in the industry. Hits such as Lose Control and The Door have seen him earn global stardom—and Platinum status—and tracks on his latest album, including Bad Dreams and Are You Even Real, a collaborative track with fellow American singer-songwriter Givēon, are winning him even more fans.
His meteoric rise to fame was kickstarted by his breakout single Lose Control which became the second-longest running Top 10 song in Hot 100 history, with more than three billion streams globally.
His 2025 world tour will take Teddy Swims to the largest arenas he has ever played in Australia and New Zealand, but that won’t be a challenge for his powerhouse vocals. Tickets for the additional Sydney show go on pre-sale tomorrow, April 9 at 2pm (Frontier Members only), followed by general sale at 3pm on Thursday, April 10. Visit frontiertouring.com for tickets.
