“Kiss Me More” singer Doja Cat has announced her first-ever arena tour of Australia and New Zealand, with visits across the ditch in Auckland as well as stops in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.

The fiery multi-genre talent will land at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena on Monday, December 1 as part of her ongoing Ma Vie world tour, bringing her to Australia after confirmed dates in Manila, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo, Bangkok and Kaohsiung.

Named for her upcoming fifth album, Vie (which releases on September 26), the tour will see Doja Cat pulling plenty of hits from her Grammy-winning discography, as well as the Jack Antonoff-produced single “Jealous Type,” which she debuted live at San Francisco’s Outside Lands Music Festival at the beginning of this month.

After topping the 2023 Hottest 100 with single “Paint the Town Red”, Doja Cat’s star has been on a rapid rise. The song sat at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for three weeks, making it the only hip hop song to reach the top in that year (it was a pretty dismal year for rap).

When is Doja Cat playing in Sydney?

Doja Cat will play at Qudos Bank Arena on Monday, December 1. Only one show has been announced so far, but given her star power, we wouldn’t be surprised if tour promoters Live Nation added some more shows on to the end.

She’ll be wrapping up her Australia visit in Sydney, but she’s not scheduled for another show until she lands in Manila on December 7.

With a six day stretch between Sydney and Manila, there’s at least some space to add one or two more shows if demand is high enough.

How do I get tickets to see Doja Cat in Sydney?

Pre-sales rolled out earlier this week, and the floodgates for general sales opened today at 11am. Tickets are available via ticketek.com.au.

Best available tickets for Monday’s show are single seats in B Reserve Seating areas from $203.80 each. A second show has been added on Tuesday, December 2, with tickets available from $112.05 each at the time of writing. Don’t hang around though, they’re selling fast.
