Sydney Boat Show Ticket Giveaway Competition
1. Instructions and information on how to enter are at the discretion of the individual media outlet.
2. The promotional period is at the discretion of the media outlet but must conclude by Thursday, 6th August 2025.
3. The prize is for a double pass (two adult tickets) to the 2025 Sydney Boat Show held at the Sydney Showgrounds, Sydney Olympic Park from 14-17 August 2025.
4. The ticket value is $19 (plus booking fee) per ticket per day, and Children under 16 enter free when accompanied by a ticket-holder adult.
5. Tickets are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
6. The requirements of entry and method of draw is at the discretion of the media outlet.
7. The Boating Industry Association Ltd will distribute tickets via email to the winner by Friday 8 August 2025.
8. Boating Industry Association Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identification of entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
9. Boating Industry Association Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Boating Industry Association Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in this promotion.
11. Subject to state regulation, if for any reason the media outlet is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Boating Industry Association Ltd which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
12. Boating Industry Association Ltd and Big Splash Media, publisher of the Sydney Travel Guide, reserves the right to use any personal information collected for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Personal information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this promotion or to communicate with entrants.
