This year, Vivid Sydney is dialling things up, unveiling what Destination NSW is calling its “biggest food program yet”. At the heart of it is one standout event set to transform one of the city’s most iconic retail landmarks, the historic Strand Arcade, into an intimate long-table dining experience.
