New South Wales also leads the way in the number of round-the-clock suburbs offering at least one venue open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are 91 such suburbs in NSW offering at least one late-night foodie option. Victoria follows with 83 suburbs, and then Queensland, with 68.
Auburn, Bankstown and Mascot lead the way
Leading the way for the most round-the-clock eateries are the Western Sydney suburbs of Bankstown and Auburn, as well as the Inner West suburb of Mascot. Each of these suburbs has at least four 24/7 eateries operating seven days a week. Mascot’s array of 24/7 eateries is no surprise, thanks to its proximity to the Kingsford Smith Airport; however, there are also notable 24/7 food spots in Circular Quay and Parramatta.
