Sydney, YOU get an Oprah! Talk show icon will return to Australia this December

• Oprah has announced her return to Sydney for her tour entitled Oprah In Conversation: Presented by Lilly.
• The tour will feature five events in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland.
• Tickets for the show range from $134.50 to $499.

Talk show host and overall icon Oprah has announced her return to Australia for the first time in 10 years.

The legendary media mogul will host a series of special in-conversation events, starting in Sydney and continuing to Adelaide, Brisbane, and Melbourne before heading over to Auckland.

The shows, presented by TEG Dainty, will have an intimate ‘in conversation’ atmosphere, with Oprah sharing reflections on the power of authenticity, how to be resilient and general uplifting advice to fans. Her last sold-out tour was a hit with Australian audiences, so there’s no doubt she’ll be looking to replicate its success.

Sharing her enthusiasm on her return Down Under, Oprah stated, “I’m beyond excited to return after ten years.”

“The energy, warmth, and spirit I felt from audiences last time stayed with me. This tour is a chance to reconnect, reflect, and be reinspired—together. I can’t wait to share stories, ideas, and meaningful conversations about what’s possible in our lives moving forward.”

Oprah’s stint down under includes visits to certain major cities in Australia, with a quick stop in Auckland.

• Sydney: ICC Sydney Theatre on December 4
• Adelaide: Adelaide Entertainment Centre on December 6
• Brisbane: Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Brisbane on December 8
• Melbourne: Plenary Theatre at the MCEC on December 11
• Auckland: Spark Arena on December 14

Ticket prices

Ticket prices start at $134.50 for seats in the upper or outer seating areas. If you want to be as close to the star as possible, premium seating goes for $464.50. Mid-range and mid-tier seating costs around $224.45 to $274.45.

Unfortunately, tickets for the premium ‘Inner Circle Experience’, which offers some of the best seats in the house, and the exclusive ‘Behind the Curtain: Cocktail Reception’, featuring a curated wellness kit, priority entry and other VIP perks, have sold out.

However, if you’re an Oprah mega-fan and in need of some serious guidance, you can purchase the ‘Build The Life You Want’ essentials pack for $499.

How to get tickets

Tickets are on sale to the general public on Tuesday, August 12 at 10am.

However, if you’re itching to secure your ticket early, there are plenty of different pre-sales available to members of specific award schemes:
