Want to celebrate the long weekend but not sure what’s open? We’ve put together a list of trading hours to help you plan your perfect long weekend.

Unlike Good Friday, there are no trading restrictions on the King’s Birthday, so there’s no need to panic buy. Many of your favourite stores, supermarkets, bars and pubs will still be open, although public holiday trading hours may impact their opening and closing times.

Supermarkets

Good news if you need to do a last-minute food shopโ€” your favourite supermarkets will be open with normal (or slightly reduced) opening hours.

1. Woolworths

All Woolworths stores will be open as usual. Make sure to check your local store trading hours though, as they can differ

2. Coles

All Coles stores will be open as usual, operating under normal trading hours.

3. Aldi

Aldi stores have varied trading hours across New South Wales. Shoppers should check with the store they intend to go to for more information.

Department Stores

These stores will still be open for you to peruse on Monday.

4. Big W

Stores are open but could be subjected to restricted hours. Customers are advised to check theย Big Wย website for individual hours.

5. Kmart

All stores will be open and trading hours will remain unchanged except at Belconnen, Tuggeranong and Gungahlin in NSW which will close at 8pm on Monday.

6. Target

All stores are open with reduced trading hours.

Bottleshops

Run out of booze? You’ll be able to stock up at these bottle shops on Monday.

7. Dan Murphy’s

Dan Murphy’s stores are open.

8. Liquorland

A handful of stores will be closed across NSW.

9. BWS

BWS stores will be open between 9am and 10am and close between 6pm and 7pm.

Shopping Centre

10. Westfield

Centres in Eastgardens, Hornsby, Liverpool, Mt Druitt, Penrith and Warringah Mall will trade from 10am to 5pm, while Westfield Bondi Junction, Burwood, Chatswood, Hurstville, Miranda and Parramatta will trade from 10am to 6pm.

Westfield Sydney and Sydney Central Plaza will trade from 10am-7pm.

11. Officeworks

Stores will be open between 9am and 6pm on Monday.

12. IKEA

Thinking about doing some home improvements? IKEA Belrose store will be open from 10amโ€“5pm, while Marsden Park and Rhodes will be open from 10amโ€“7pm. Tempe will be open from 10amโ€“9pm.

13. Bunnings

All Bunnings stores will be open on the Kingโ€™s Birthday and public holiday trading hours will apply. Rozelle and Randwick will open 8amโ€“6pm, while Alexandria and Eastgardens will open 7amโ€“7pm.
