Samsung has taken over a fleet of super yachts on Sydney Harbour so they can offer commuters free rides, coffee and pastries all week as a clever promotion for the new Galaxy S25 series phones.

Officially dubbed Samsung’s Galaxy Go fleet, the superyachts will be scurrying across the harbour for the next four days, from Tuesday, February 18 to Friday, February 21. But they’ll only be running between Circular Quay, Rose Bay and Manly so ditching the standard Manly Fast Ferry and switching to a superyacht for this week’s morning commute makes perfect sense.

Visitors also looking to get to Manly Beach this week can get in on the action, upgrading the already spectacular journey that passes by both the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House on its way to Manly Wharf.

Each of the luxury vessels will be fully decked out with Samsung’s latest devices so commuters can test them all out. You’ll have a chance to win the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra for themselves as well as a pair of Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Although there’s no obligation to even touch the devices, so if you prefer to spend the short commute trying to soak up as much of that ultra-luxe lifestyle as possible, you try to explore as much as you can in the 20-or-so minutes it takes to skip from Circular Quay to Manly Wharf or Rose Bay.

If you’ve got no obligation to be in an office, you can could even catch the superyacht to lunch at one of several Manly Wharf venues like Felons Manly, or swim on over to Catalina in Rose Bay for a three-courser at one of Sydney’s most romantic restaurants.

If you do want to catch one of the Sydney Superyachts for absolutely no charge whatsoever, then you’ll need to have a bit of luck on your side. You can’t reserve spots online, and seats are available on a first come, first service basis. Luckily, there are plenty of services planned throughout the day.

Check out the full superyacht schedule below. We recommend queuing up early to avoid disappointment.
